Thank you for choosing Little Stars Pre-School. We look forward to caring for you and your child. Please take the time to fill in the registration form below for your child. You will need to fill in and submit a separate form for each child that you wish to attend. Please note that spaces will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. Please make sure that you are have read our terms and conditions before registering your child. A non refundable registration/administration fee of $10 per child will be required to complete your registration. Each child may only register for one session per day.
